Kelly joined FACS in 2016 and currently leads the agency and oversees its operations. She has twenty five years of experience working with vulnerable children and families. That experience includes child welfare, adoption, behavioral health case management, and outpatient mental health services.
She holds an LCSW license in New Jersey and New York, an MBA from Rutgers-The State University of New Jersey and an MSW from Hunter College, New York, N.Y.
Kelly has received advanced training in child, adolescent and family therapy and she is trauma trained. For over twelve years she has provided therapy services to children and families and for the past fifteen years she has held progressively responsible management positions within the child welfare and behavioral health profession. Prior to coming to FACS, Kelly worked at Seamen’s Society for Children and Families, Staten Island, NY.
She also worked as the Director of Community Mental Health Clinics at The Children’s Aid Society, New York, NY and as the Program Director of Home and Community Based Services at The Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services on Staten Island. Kelly has recently led executive level team through the development of Medicaid Managed Care redesign implementation. She has been a resident of New Jersey for the past fifteen years.
